Free parking is available at the venue car park. Please take care as you drive into the car park as the entrance is very narrow.

Directions

From Walthamstow Central tube (Victoria line), turn right out of the station then turn left onto Hoe Street. Walk down Hoe Street for 10-15 minutes. Jewel Road is the 4th turning on your left. Quaker Meeting house is the first building on the left-hand side of Jewel Road. Go through the entrance of the car park and follow the signs to the class.

These courses are based on The New Meditation Handbook, Transform Your Life and How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso - available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from these books will be looked at each week as shown below.
