Weekend retreat at Tara Centre, Derbyshire

Date: Fri 17 Oct - Sun 19 Oct

Arrival: Supper will be served at 6pm on Friday, followed by an introductory talk on at 8pm.

Departure: The retreat finishes on Sunday with lunch at 1pm.

About the retreat: Retreat is a special time to leave our ordinary activities behind, relax, unwind and focus on meditation. With its spacious lawns, woodland walks and World Peace Café, Tara Centre is the perfect place for an enjoyable and meaningful weekend.

Fees (per person):
• Single Room: £110

• Twin room: £100

• Dormitory £70
Prices include accommodation, teachings and vegetarian meals for the whole weekend.

Getting involved at the weekend retreat
There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved and help out with some voluntary work such as serving meals and setting up the meditation room. This is a great way of meeting new people at the weekend and helping us with the smooth running of the retreat.
